The CS School reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. Please check this page periodically for any modifications. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of any changes will mean that you have accepted the changes.

By clicking submit, you are stating that you have read the terms and conditions and all related links, you enrolled only for the purpose of CS preparation, and you will maintain the hardware specifications needed to access our Web. You authorize CS School to deduct the tuition payment from PayPal or your credit card and finally you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

All content in this Site, including site layout, design, images, videos, audio, programs, text and other information (collectively, the "Content") is the property of The CS School and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Copyright © 2016

All CS School content, including but not limited to Materials, Digital Materials, lectures, recordings, visual and audio aids, and all content that you will receive or to which you will have access during your enrollment or Program (collectively, "Content") is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, auctioned, or transferred to another person in any manner. You may not engage in systematic retrieval of Content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without prior written permission from The CS School.

You agree that you will not use any robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs or devices to: (i) continuously and automatically search or index any Content, unless authorized by us; (ii) harvest personal information from the Site for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material; or (iii) cause disruption to the working of the Site. If this Site contains robot exclusion files or robot exclusion headers, you agree to honor them. Any questions about whether a particular use is authorized and any requests for permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, display or make derivative works from any Content should be directed to The CS School.

You may not use the services on the Site to publish or distribute any information (including software or other content) which is illegal, which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, which is abusive, hateful, profane, pornographic, threatening or vulgar, which contains errors, viruses or other harmful components, or which is otherwise actionable at law. The CS School may at any time exercise editorial control over the content of any information or material that is submitted or distributed through its services.

You are not allowed to sublicense, assign, share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your right to use the Licensed Materials. All accounts at The CS School are monitored for multiple log-ons. In the event that The CS School believes in its sole and absolute discretion that an account is being used by multiple users at the same time, The CS School reserves the right to terminate that account without any notice or refund. We also retain the right to sue on grounds of breach of contract, copyright infringement, and other available legal claims. Therefore, please do not disclose your account details to anyone else.

You agree to make full payment for Programs in the amount(s) listed in your shopping cart, the Order Confirmation email you will receive or as communicated during registration. Failure to complete timely payment (or credit card payments being declined) may result in the discontinuation of services. Returned checks are subject to a $30 handling fee.

SUBSCRIPTION TERM: The license granted to you under this Agreement includes the right to use and access the Licensed Materials for the product(s) you have subscribed to for the subscription period you initially choose. At the end of this period, your right to use and access the Licensed Materials will expire automatically, unless you renew your subscription under the Terms and Conditions then current. This Agreement and your license to use the Licensed Materials are also subject to termination by The CS School, at its sole and absolute discretion, if you fail to comply with any term or condition in this Agreement.

ACCESS: You may access the Website during the Term from multiple places, locations, and computers, but you are not allowed to access the Licensed Materials from more than one place, location, or computer at the same time.

CANCELLATIONS: Refunds are not available by any means once your subscription is activated. The School provides 1 hour free access per email, you can navigate through all the products and you are free to decide for subscription.

STUDY MATERIALS: Included in the purchase price for some Programs are books and other materials ("Materials"). Digital versions of Materials ("Digital Materials") may be available from the iTunes store, from third party websites or applications. Additional charges may apply. Your access to and use of Digital Materials is subject to these terms and conditions. If you lose or damage the Materials, a Material replacement fee of up to $500 may be charged.

CLASS SCHEDULE CHANGES: Class schedules are subject to change. The CS School will notify you of any changes or cancellations. In cases of unintended cancellation, all participants will be refunded.

SYSTEM-BROWSER REQUIREMENTS: You will be responsible for meeting and maintaining the minimum technical requirements for your selected purchase in order to access certain features of your Program.

SYSTEMS RELIABILITY: The CS School aims to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to maintain saved information. However, due to technical failures, acts of God or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. The CS School shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the services.

MEMBER ACCOUNT/PASSWORD AND SECURITY: You must complete The CS School registration process in order to subscribe to and use the Resources by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. You also will choose a password and a User name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify The CS School immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT: As part of The CS School's commitment to our student's success, we seek to provide an optimal virtual learning environment and expect students to conduct themselves in a manner that is considerate of other participants. Those failing to meet student conduct standards may be subject to disciplinary actions, including but not limited to termination without refund. Inappropriate conduct includes but is not limited to: (1) disruptions to the online learning environment (use of profanity, harassment, etc.), and (2) failure to comply with federal copyright and criminal laws forbidding the misappropriation, copying, or alteration of copyright-protected materials.

MATERIAL YOU PROVIDE OR POST ON THE SITE: We do not claim ownership of any material that you provide to us (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit on or through this Site, including our blog pages, message boards, chat rooms and forums, for review by the general public or by the members of any public or private community, and we are not responsible for its content or accuracy.
We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Submissions to determine compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any operating rules we establish and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. We shall have the right in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, or remove any Submission.

COLLECTED INFORMATION: We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including personally identifying information such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, educational background, educational goals and interests, and credit card information ("Personal Data"). We collect Personal Data from you in various ways, including when you enroll for virtual courses, use online resources, access and use Digital Materials, and send us feedback. When you log-on to our website, we automatically receive information from your computer and browser, including your IP address. The CS School may use cookies and web beacons.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA: We may use your Personal Data to (1) fulfill your requests for products and services, such as enrolling you in a courses, delivering educational content or responding to a specific inquiry; (2) customize your learning experience to you; (3) administer, support, improve and develop our business; and (4) send you information about CS School products or services.
We do not share your Personal Data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose your Personal Data in response to legal process, to protect our rights, as otherwise required by law, or for the prevention or detection of a crime. If we sell our company or part of it, or our business enters into a joint venture with another business entity, we may disclose your Personal Data to our new business partners or owners who may then provide you with information about their products and services. We may share your Personal Data with trusted third parties who are delivering services to The CS School. The CS School may disclose anonymous data with third parties.

MISCELLANEOUS: This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, if any, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The agreement cannot be changed or modified orally. Any change or modification must be in writing and agreed to by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be construed by limiting it to make it enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The CS School specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the Website, this Agreement, the Resources, and/or the Licensed Materials, including liability associated with any medical malpractice or viruses that may infect a User's computer equipment. The CS School's maximum liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Resources, the Licensed Materials, and the Website, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty, or otherwise), will not exceed your subscription fee. Confidentiality of User communications: Except as required by law, The CS School will use its reasonable best efforts to maintain the confidentiality of all User communications that contain personal User information and that are transmitted directly to The CS School. Postings by a User on any public arena, such as a message board or in any chat room, will not be protected as confidential and The CS School may use and disclose information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how, or other intellectual property) for any purpose deemed appropriate by The CS School.
